Nowadaya, Agatha has little time for the rural activities she used to be so passionately involved with:
charity work, baking competitions and the Carsely Ladies Society. But she soon takes notice when,
in the quiet nearby village of St Twadey, tragedy strikes at the annual jam making competition.
Someone has spiked the preservers with LSD!
Mayhem ensues as the judges react like wasps in a jam jar and one or two of the frailer residents take
a fatal trip.

Of course the youth of the village are the first to be suspected, and any who have criminal records
But only blundering Agatha with her odd flashes of intuition would ever suspect one of the pillars of
the local community. Her unorthodox detective skills might be just what's needed to get St Twadey out
of a very sticky situation...
