Where do they come from and are there really differences between men and women from a scientific point of view? Dr. Paula-Irene Villa Braslavsky explains in the video course "Female Leadership: Perspectives" current findings of gender science and explains how gender differences and corresponding role models for men and women arise - and how they can be resolved.
