Der Einsatz von Computern, die Nutzung der Datenfernübertragung und die Vernetzung von Computern, Maschinen, Geräten und Medien zu Verbundsystemen haben zu Veränderungen in vielen Lebensbereichen und zu neuen Anforderungen an die Qualifikationen und an die Bildung des Menschen geführt. Solche Veränderungen müssen analysiert und aus pädagogischer Sicht bewertet werden, um Aussagen darüber machen zu können, welche Entwicklungen mit Bezug auf die Zielkategorie "Bildung" unterstützt und welche abgelehnt werden sollten. Die bildungspolitischen und bildungsplanerischen Aussagen der Länder und des Bundes zur "Informationstechnischen Bildung" können tendenziell als Anpassung des Bildungssystems an die Anforderungen des Beschäftigungssystems im Sinne des bildungsökonomischen Arbeitskräfte-Bedarfsansatzes und/oder als vorwiegend von bildungspolitischen und pädagogischen Zielen beeinflußte Gestaltung im Sinne einer "relativen Autonomie" des Bildungssystems interpretiert werden. In dieser Spannung werden pädagogische und didaktische Probleme informationeller Bildung erörtert. Dafür haben wir sieben pädagogische Postulate formuliert, die die Zielkategorie "Bildung" auf solche Probleme auslegen und konkretisieren.
The use of computers, the application of long-distance transfer of data, and the combination of computers, machines, instruments and media in integrated Systems has led to changes in many spheres of life and to new demands with regard to qualification and education. Such changes have to be analyzed and evaluated from a pedagogical point of view in order to be able to arrive at statements concerning which developments ought to be supported with regard to the target category "education" and which developments ought to be rejected. Political statements made by the Laender and the Federal Government on plans for "education in Information technology" can tendentially be considered an adaptation of the educational system to the demands of the system of employment as defined by the manpower approach and/or a design mainly influenced by educational-political and pedagogical aims given the "relative autonomy" of the educational system. In this context, the authors discuss pedagogical and didactic problems of education in the field of informatics on the basis of seven pedagogical postulates which allow to explain and concretize the target category "education" in relation to such problems.
