Heilende Gerechtigkeit? Die Bewegung 'Restorative Justice' (RJ) und was die (Gefängnis-)Seelsorge damit anfangen kann
Zeitschriftenartikel

The article informs about the movement that started in Northern America. The author is unconvinced about how in some texts the converting of convicts to embrace daily prayer is advocated as a direct means and how somewhat questionable statistics of a reduction in the criminal relapse rate are presented. Rather, he seeks to point to insights from that movement which may be helpful to the victim-offender-mediation efforts in Germany. Also regarding the communicative practice of German pastoral care in prison valuable insights can be gained into the perception of the relation between offenders and victims.
