In distinction from supervision and advanced training, here pastors seek for "consolatio fratrorum", ranging from the spiritual to the individual as well as technical aspects of pastoral existence and work. This new model, however, proceeds in a structured way and within a defined time-frame, moderated by experts. Thus the quality of pastoral work is definitely improved.
