Angesichts weitreichender Transformationsprozesse individueller und institutioneller Religion im mitteleuropäischen Kontext stellt sich die Frage, wie das Verhältnis von Konfirmationsarbeit und Kirche theologisch und pädagogisch verantwortet bestimmt werden kann. Dafür wird hier der Vorschlag gemacht, anhand der vierfachen Fassung des kirchlichen Auftrags als martyria, leiturgia, diakonia und koinonia zu einer dezidiert theologischen Bestimmung der Reziprozität von Konfirmationsarbeit und Kirche zu gelangen.
Due to vast transformational processes of individual and institutional religion within the context of central Europe the question arises, about how to define the interrelation of confirmation work and church in a theologically and pedagogically responsible way. Considering this it is suggested to take the four-folded ecclesiological composure of the church's mission martyria, leiturgia, diaconia und koinonia as a fundamental orientation for a theological understanding of the reciprocity of confirmation work and church.
