Im folgenden Beitrag wird der Erkenntnisgegenstand, die Umsetzung eines inklusiven Bildungssystems, in drei Schritten bearbeitet. In einem ersten Schritt erfolgt eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Begriff der 'Inklusion', da dieser - je nach Lesart - unterschiedliche Prozesse der Umsetzung nach sich ziehen kann. In einem zweiten Schritt wird die Perspektive der (Educational) Governance vorgestellt und auf ihren Ertrag für die Analyse von 'Inklusion' als Mehrebenenkonstellation befragt. Im dritten Schritt wird ein Einblick in erste Ergebnisse einer explorativen Studie im Bundesland Tiro
gegeben, in der die Sichtweisen eines Schlüsselakteurs, des auf der Landesebene von Tirol eingesetzten Koordinators für Inklusion, im Rahmen einer qualitativ angelegten Fallstudie untersucht wurden. Im Fazit werden die Ergebnisse im Kontext der Governance diskutiert und weitere Forschungsperspektiven in Aussicht gestellt.
In this contribution, the object of inquiry - the implementation of an inclusive educational system - is examined in three steps. First, the concept of inclusion is discussed because - depending on the respective interpretation of the term - it may lead to distinct processes of implementation. In a second step, the perspective of (educational) governance is presented and investigated as to its potential for the analysis of inclusion as a multi-level constellation. In a third step, first results of an explorative study carried out in the province of Tyrol are outlined, in which the perspective of a key actor, the coordinator of inclusion appointed on the provincial level for Tyrol, were examined within the framework of a qualitative case study. In conclusion, the results are discussed in the context of governance and further research perspectives are outlined.
