The article questions whether the 2006 guide "Clarity and Good Neighbourliness" on the relations between Christians and Muslims, issued by the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD), actually offers clarification and contributes to better relations. It focusses on an adequate understanding of a quotation from Luther and a theology of religions.
