The study has provided evidence that this training improves the telephone talks, and how this is achieved. Also in other groups of volunteers of Christian care and counseling the training should use similar settings. Not only knowing methods of helpful conversations, but also the personal factors and the factors of interrelatedness play a fundamental role. Therefore more attention should as well be given to the training of pastors in groups as a space for learning and experiencing interrelatedness.
