Statt das Spezifikum pastoraler Supervision durch die Feldkompetenz der SuperviorInnen oder deren Offenheit für eine religiöse Dimension kirchlich-pastoraler Praxis zu bestimmen, sucht dieser Beitrag es einerseits in der Aufmerksamkeit für die imaginären Bilder im Hintergrund ("Hirt und Herde", "Mutter Kirche" u.ä.) zu identifizieren, andererseits in zwei Konkretisierungen der "religiösen Dimension": der explizit-impliziten Rede von Gott, sowie einem dieser Rede adäquaten Sprechakt, der sich an der antiken und frühchristlichen Praxis der Parrhesia orientiert, einer Vorläuferin des heutigen Feedback.
Instead of identifying the specific of pastoral supervision in the field-competence of Supervisors or their openness to a religious dimension of the counceling process, this paper aims to identify the pastoral specific on one hand by the attention paid to the imaginary images in the institutional background (i. g. "shepard and flock", "mother church"), and on the other hand in two concretions of that "religious dimension": the explicit-implicit speaking of God as well as an adequate kind of speaking, which is inspired by the antique and early Christian practice of the so called parrhesia, an ancestor of todays feedback.
