Die teuerste und wichtigste Ressource der Schule ist das Personal. Dabei spielen Kompetenzprofile und persönlichen Ziele der Mitarbeiter/innen eine zentrale Rolle. Diese sollten mit den Leitbildern und Zielen der Organisation verbunden werden. Kooperation und Partizipation unterstützen die Entfaltung des Einzelnen im System, kollegiale Individualität findet Wertschätzung und wird die Entwicklung der Schule unterstützen.
The most expensive and most important resource in the school is the staff. The competency profiles and personal goals of colleagues play a central role and they should be based on the goals and vision of the organization. Cooperation and participation support the development of the individual teacher. Thereby regard for helpful individuality will further the development of the school.
