Ausgehend von der theologischen wie literarischen Vorlage des Johannesevangeliums wird eine Praktische Theologie des Perspektivwechsels entworfen, die ihr Fundament in Gottes inkarnatorischem Perspektivwechsel zum Menschen hat. Die Wahrnehmung des Anderen ist damit Inhalt und Methode von Theologie und der von ihr vorbereiteten und begleiteten Praxis. Sie manifestiert sich im biografischen Arbeiten, das bei sich selbst und spätestens in der Ausbildung beginnt.
Starting from the theological and literary template provided by the gospel of John the author sketches a Practical Theology of the "change of perspective" which is based on god's change of perspective towards humankind via his incarnation. Therefore, the realisation of the other person is content and methodology of theology and of the practice that is prepared and accompanied by it. It manifests itself in the biographical way of working which is initiated in the scientist himself, but at the latest during the professional education.
